Summertime has come and the days have flown by. It was a beautiful season here in Montana. Having survived a 7 year drought, this year the skies opened and released a great amount of rain!
Our schedule was chock-full this summer with guests arriving weekly to see as many of the 200 horses as possible and to get a ride in early in the morning or at sunset. After the ride, many of the guests were looking for a time next year to repeat the experience. Our guests came in from Brazil, California, Colorado, Idaho, Washington, Florida, Minnesota, Hawaii, Oregon, Arizona, Utah, North Carolina and points beyond and between. We thank each of you with grateful hearts for bringing your smiling faces our way. We would love to have you back again next year!
Dr. Fernando Rolim, DVM was one of our visitors from Brazil. He was traveling the US, learning training techniques and attending clinics and horse shows. Visit his website, http://www.globalequus.info and see all the excitement surrounding the International Equine Congress that Fernando and RFD-TV will be hosting in Sao Paolo, Brazil in January, 2006. They will be introducing Natural Horsemanship skills to Brazil by bringing in names like Pat & Linda Parelli. The event will be aired on RFD-TV. Training was a sight to behold – mares to certify, and scores of geldings to be trail ridden and get readied for sale. We were fully staffed and thankful for the great talent that showed itself in the barn and on the trails this year. Our team has done a fabulous job of juggling their time to get everything done! With the fall season approaching, consider visiting Mountain Magic Ranch; we would love to show you what we have going here and maybe send you home with a new lifelong equine companion!
